Regulatory Project Manager

Our Client, a Global Financial Services Firm, is seeking a Regulatory Project Manager in their New York, NY location.

We are seeking an experienced Regulatory Project Manager to support a high-priority regulatory remediation initiative within a Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) environment. This role will focus on driving execution, governance, and delivery of regulatory commitments, with a primary emphasis on CFTC regulatory remediation. The role is part of an established regulatory program and will partner closely with senior stakeholders across the business, risk, compliance, and technology teams.

The scope and structure are similar to a recently filled role on the same team.

• Lead and support regulatory remediation programs and projects, with a focus on CFTC-related initiatives
• Drive program and project management delivery, including planning, execution, issue tracking, and milestone management
• Partner with business, risk, compliance, operations, and technology stakeholders to translate regulatory requirements into executable work plans
• Produce and maintain project documentation, including timelines, status reporting, issue logs, and regulatory deliverables
• Support governance forums and senior management updates related to regulatory commitments
• Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and gaps, and drive resolution to ensure on-time delivery
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of all program materials and reporting

• Demonstrated experience as a Program Manager or Project Manager supporting regulatory compliance initiatives
• Strong experience within Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) environments
• Proven track record delivering regulation-driven programs, beyond purely IT system implementations
• Prior experience working with management consulting firms or on consulting-led regulatory programs
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including interaction with senior leadership
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• Exposure to business continuity, disaster recovery, or resilience-related initiatives in a project or program delivery capacity
• This experience is not required and is considered additive rather than core to the role
