Manhattan | On-site | Luxury Events Firm | $150,000 - $180,000
A boutique luxury events firm in Manhattan is hiring an Accounting Manager to own the full accounting function and report directly to the CEO. This is a hands-on, high-responsibility role in a lean, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Full-cycle accounting and month-end close
- Monthly financial reporting and cash flow management
- AP/AR, billing, and vendor payments
- Budgeting, forecasting, and event-level cost tracking
- GAAP compliance and coordination with external CPAs
- 6–10+ years accounting experience (required)
- Experience in an events planning firm or luxury space (required)
- Strong GAAP and financial reporting background
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working directly with the CEO
