** Claim Operations Team Leader
** We’re seeking a Claim Operations Team Leader to drive operational excellence, support staff development, and ensure service standards are consistently met.

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Oversee daily workflows and ensure SLAs and performance standards are achieved
* Assign and manage team workload to drive productivity and quality
* Develop and improve processes, reporting, and operational metrics
* Coach, train, and support team members to enhance performance
* Act as an escalation point for complex issues
* Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
*
* Qualifications:

*** Prior claims support experience (e.g., FNOL, payment processing)
* Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
* Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Image Right
* Ability to drive performance and build a positive team environment
** 3 Days per week in office required from NYC or NJ with a salary up to $100,000 + 10% annual bonus and a clear development plan for the future.*
