Assist the Team Leader in daily operations including profitability, expense control, buying, merchandising, labor, regulatory compliance, and special projects.;
Lead and develop Team Members.;
Provide courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers and Team Members while following Standard Operating Procedures.;
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations including Food Safety and department-specific regulatory duties.;
Support company programs and initiatives and be prepared to perform duties inherent in other Team Member roles.
