Responsibilities
  • Owning and improving all commercial activities for the Americas, leveraging an existing strong pipeline and trusted client base
  • Building and strengthening strategic relationships while expanding into new, winner markets with creative approaches
  • Delivering determined revenue growth by closing high-value deals and opening industry doors using your unique, qualified network
  • Leading, inspiring, and developing a motivated sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and success
  • Collaborating with bold global leadership to shape and refine sales strategy, bringing refreshed ideas and creative insights
Qualifications
  • Qualified sales professional with at least 8 years’ successful B2B/commercial sales experience, ideally in SaaS, batteries, or clean energy tech
  • Inspired, brave relationship-builder with a proven Rolodex in utilities, IPPs, OEMs, or the evolving battery ecosystem
  • Strategic player-coach, skilled at both leadership and hands-on closing of complex deals
  • Refreshed thinker—experienced in US energy markets, motivated by ambitious goals, and focused on improvement
  • Degree-educated, strong communicator, and determined negotiator with business-fluent English
