We are seeking an EXPERIENCED Auto Dealership Service Manager to manage the activities of our high-volume service department, meet performance targets, and ensure exceptional customer service is practiced . Auto Dealership Service Manager is required .

You Will :
- Oversee our high-volume Service Department's daily service operations and workflow, team performance, meet performance targets, and ensure exceptional customer service is practiced.â€
- Drive CSI excellence and ensure a top tier customer experience
- Manage scheduling, repair quality, and shop efficiency
- Partner with Parts and Sales to support dealership goals
- Train, mentor, and motivate advisors and technicians
- Required:
Automotive Dealership Service Manager experience is required. CDJR or domestic brands preferred - Excellent managerial and leadership skills in a high-volume setting, experience in achieving profitability, and high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Strong communication, customer service and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of warranty processes, repair order management, and OEM standards
