Teneo Risk Advisory is led by former New York City Police Commissioner William Bratton and comprises practitioners, investigators, analysts, technical advisors and strategic partners with backgrounds from corporate, military, intelligence, consulting, technology, public health and public-safety organizations. Our team builds programs addressing internal and external threats for CEOs and leadership teams.
The business segment helps organizations protect people, information, and infrastructure with a focus on prevention, problem-solving, and partnership. Core offerings include corporate resilience and security solutions; strategic intelligence and crisis response; public safety advisory; and cybersecurity risk management.
Responsibilities- Bring significant physical and cyber security risk management expertise to client engagements (e.g., physical security assessments, gap analysis, roadmap programs).
- Advise clients on emergency management and crisis response procedures.
- Apply knowledge of DHS Safety Act and its applicability to security programs during service delivery.
- Understand the CEO’s agenda and craft innovative solutions to advance, expedite, and multiply value.
- Drive impact on programs related to physical, reputational, or digital safety and security.
- Establish long-term, trust-based relationships with senior-level clients and lead multiple efforts within client accounts.
- Interact with senior clients to create and execute strategic initiatives; manage work streams and timelines; produce progress reports with the account team and vendors.
- Research emerging threats, trends in security, and new technologies; share insights with client leadership to inform security planning.
- Develop and execute corporate security and executive protection programs tailored to client industry, environment, and risk appetite.
- Collaborate across internal divisions to deliver valuable client solutions and act as a role model and mentor to colleagues.
- 10+ years’ experience as a corporate security professional focused on assessment of threats and mitigation strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier college or university.
- Fluency in evaluating and developing holistic security programs and deploying them.
- Strong experience delivering project deliverables and milestones in infrastructure protection.
- Experience with security technology and integration systems at enterprise and residential scales; ability to understand and apply new technologies for security/risk solutions.
- Proven problem-solving skills with ability to analyze and resolve issues; strong verbal and written communication; solid project management across multiple clients.
- Broad understanding of security technology industry and deployment across commercial and residential environments.
- Ability to identify, analyze, and communicate risks related to physical security technology to clients.
- Hands-on experience with access control, visitor management, video management, intrusion detection, and mass notification systems.
- Strong facilitation skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including executives and vendors.
- Experience with management or risk management consulting; demonstrated history of mentoring junior colleagues.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, innovative by nature, and able to approach complex issues with rigor and good judgment.

Base Salary Range$140,000 - $155,000 (compensation depends on qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience).
