Overview

The Manager of Sales will set the strategic vision for the sales organization, manage key accounts, and lead a team to exceed revenue targets. The right candidate is both a hands-on closer and a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve company growth targets.
  • Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, retail buyers, and strategic partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities, markets, and channels.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product development to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategy.
  • Analyze sales performance, pipeline health, and market trends to drive informed decisions.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and key customer meetings.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, with at least 5 years in an executive role.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong experience managing national accounts and major retail relationships.
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and business planning abilities.
  • Experience in Sales Operations.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Previous experience in a sales management role is preferred.
  • Experience in the fashion or legwear industry is beneficial.
