Looking for a job where no two days are the same? Then join our SERVPRO Franchise as a Restoration Supervisor. Youll work on a variety of job sites, from fires to floods to crime scenes, helping people in your community recover after disasters. Lead technicians act as crew chiefs in the field, leading their teams to complete restoration projects on time and to high standards in the industry.

This position requires restoration and/or construction experience, along with at least a WRT certification from the IICRC.

• Respond to service calls as needed and perform services following SERVPRO production guidelines.
• Act as crew chief, managing personnel and resources to complete jobs correctly and efficiently.
• Maintain vehicles, equipment, warehouse, and office areas as needed.
• Work with new people and customers daily to restore homes or businesses to normal.
• Contribute to community restoration efforts and uphold SERVPRO standards.

• Restoration and/or construction experience required.
• At least a WRT certification from the IICRC.
• Dependable, energetic, and able to work well under pressure.

Normal hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday (40 hours per week). This position frequently requires long hours, including some evenings and weekend work. Travel is required and is primarily local; some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected. The work may involve lifting up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds with assistance, climbing ladders, and working in tight spaces or at heights.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
