The HRX Benefits Operations Manager is a senior-level subject matter expert responsible for the end-to-end delivery and quality of benefits services across an assigned portfolio of Employer of Record (EOR) countries. This role ensures daily operational excellence, enabling top-tier support for first-line managers, clients and EOR workers. You will act as the primary escalation point for every aspect of benefits service - complex issues, compliance and quality - all whilst collaborating with global stakeholders to optimize the benefits experience.

Responsibilities
  • Operational Excellence:
    Manage benefits service operations for assigned countries, ensuring strict adherence to global SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards.
  • Expert Support & Escalation:
    Serve as the lead point of contact for benefits-related issues, managing escalations for EOR workers, clients, and 3rd-party partners (brokers, carriers, and tech vendors).
  • Lifecycle Management:
    Oversee standard onboarding and offboarding benefits processes to ensure a seamless experience for EOR workers.
  • Enablement & Knowledge Sharing:
    Educate HRX Country Managers on benefit operations and act as the regional Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support colleagues and cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic

    Collaboration:

    Partner with Benefits Implementation and Broker Managers to refine delivery quality and contribute to benefits product planning and scoping.
  • Service Coordination:
    Actively monitor ticket queues and prioritize issues to maximize global service quality, offering cross-team support during peak periods in different markets.
Role Requirements
  • Experience:

    A minimum of 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, demonstrating career growth and increasing responsibility.
  • Specialization:
    At least 2–3 years specifically serving as an HR Specialist or in a closely related benefits operations role.
  • EOR Knowledge:
    Proven experience or working knowledge of Employer of Record (EOR) models and global benefits landscapes.
