As a Senior Manager within Real Estate and Construction Recruitment, you will play a key role in driving the continued success of Henderson Scott's recruitment services in these booming industries. You will be responsible for managing existing client relationships, leading recruitment projects, and guiding a team of consultants to achieve their goals. Already highly successful, well established and respected within the market;
2025's hugely impressive revenue figures are set to double again in 2026! Your expertise in getting the best out of recruitment teams and individuals will be essential in helping the group reach and surpass even greater heights.
- Team Leadership
:
Lead, mentor, develop and grow our thriving team of 6 successful recruitment consultants, ensuring they continue to have the support and guidance needed to thrive. - Performance Management
:
Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to ensure targets are met and identify areas for improvement. Provide support, direction and coaching through regular one-to-ones and team meetings to get the very best from the team. - Nurture Commercial Relationships
:
Maintain and enhance the strong relationships we have with clients and candidates from within real estate and construction. Understand their hiring needs and career goals to provide tailored solutions to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities. - Recruitment Strategy Delivery
:
Oversee the on-going implementation of our effective recruitment strategies in attracting high-calibre real estate and construction candidates. - Talent Brokerage
:
Act as an intermediary between clients and candidates. Meet candidates face-to-face or over video call; represent them in the market; provide business insight and interview preparation; conduct external interviews with stakeholders; finalize placements, negotiate and manage offers. - Networking
:
Attend industry-specific networking events to promote our services and grow our professional network within the real estate and construction sectors. - Market Insights
:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to provide clients and candidates with valuable insights. - Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration
:
Work with other disciplines across Henderson Scott US, Henderson Scott UK, and the wider Search Recruitment Group to develop business and cross-sell capabilities.

- Be a proven success in recruitment, ideally within real estate and construction sectors but this is not essential
. - Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, candidates and colleagues.
- Have the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven, elite-performance environment.
- Proficiently use recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
