* Experience managing teams of high level financial analysts, Decision Support, Executive Communications
* Knowledge of Real Estate Industry.
* experience working in the realm of commercial real estate , economics, accounting and finance.
* Advanced understanding of Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) versus private and public landlord financing structures in order to develop successful lease or purchase options.
* Communication of options and complex issues is a key feature of this job.
* Ability to influence, explain and distill complex issues to succeed in this position.
* Excellent oral and written communications skills and be a highly effective leader/teacher for the team.
* Capable of working on multiple projects at the same time
* Ability to create quality documents and meet appropriate deadlines

** Core Expectations for the Global Head of Facilities Management
**** 1. Set and Execute the Global FM Strategy
** Own the global Facilities Management vision—align it with the broader RES strategy, develop long‑term FM delivery strategies, and drive technology‑enabled, sustainable operations (including Net Zero initiatives).
** 2. Lead and Develop a High‑Performing Global Organization
** Provide strong leadership to geographically dispersed teams; drive talent development, succession planning, performance management, and an inclusive, high‑performance culture.
** 3. Ensure Operational Excellence Across Global Facilities
** Oversee day‑to‑day building operations worldwide, ensuring seamless service delivery, resource optimization, reliability, and high standards of FM operations.
** 4. Drive Effective Risk Management and Compliance
** Maintain robust controls; ensure statutory compliance globally; manage third‑ and fourth‑party risk; and protect business operations through disciplined operational governance.
** 5. Manage Financial Stewardship for FM
** Oversee significant global OPEX and CAPEX budgets; optimize spending; ensure cost‑effective operations; and deliver strong commercial management of the vendor ecosystem.
** 6. Govern the Global Vendor and Supply Chain Network
** Oversee vendor governance, KPIs, and SLAs; lead contract mobilization and transitions; ensure supply chain resilience; and cultivate strategic relationships with global partners.
** 7. Strengthen Stakeholder Relationships and Cross‑Functional Alignment
** Engage stakeholders across RES (Asset Management, Construction, Net Zero, Sourcing, etc.); understand business needs; and ensure FM initiatives support enterprise‑wide strategies.
** 8. Champion Innovation and Emerging Technologies
** Evaluate and integrate technologies such as IoT and AI/ML for predictive maintenance, energy optimization, and operational intelligence to continually improve FM performance.
