Remote to Start | NYC Hybrid Opportunity
Pinnacle Private Credit is launching a new, high-growth Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) / ISO sales operation and is looking for a proven sales leader who has run large-scale, high-volume sales floors and thrives in fast-paced, performance-driven environments.
This role will start fully remote for the first 3–5 months, with the expectation that once fully launched, the right leader will build and run their own NYC-based sales office (hybrid model) in a brand-new, fully renovated space within the NYC metropolitan area.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands the boiler-room mentality, knows how to drive deal flow, and wants to own the growth of an entire sales operation from the ground up.
What You’ll Be Building & Owning
- Launch and lead a new virtual MCA / ISO sales floor
- Manage, train, and scale a team of virtual sales reps
- Drive daily activity, pacing, KPIs, and overall deal volume
- Maximize lead utilization, conversion rates, and funding volume
- Own and manage the CRM system, ensuring accurate pipeline tracking, reporting, and workflow optimization to efficiently scale the sales process
- Implement and refine sales scripts, funding workflows, and objection handling
- Oversee the full funding cycle (submission → underwriting → closing)
- Partner in the recruitment, development, and retention of top-performing sales talent
- Play a key role in office build-out and leadership once the NYC presence is established
Who We’re Looking For
- Proven experience leading large-scale inside sales teams (20+ reps preferred)
- Comfortable running dialer-heavy, high-pressure sales floors
- Strong understanding of MCA / alternative lending (highly preferred)
- Familiar with funding terminology, deal structures, and sales cycles
- Experience managing remote or onsite sales teams
- Bonus:
Existing lead sources, broker relationships, or vendor connections - Experience utilizing and optimizing CRM systems to scale sales operations and improve performance visibility
- A true risk-taker, hustler, and builder who is not afraid to start from zero and scale fast
- Highly competitive, numbers-driven, and accountable leadership style
This is not a corporate or hands-off role. We’re looking for someone who leads from the front, coaches live, and holds the floor to a high standard.
Compensation & Upside
- Base Salary: $100,000 to $200,000 (commensurate with experience)
- Aggressive bonus and/or override structure
- Equity potential for the right candidate
- Significant long-term upside tied directly to performance and growth
