This is a non‑remote position located in the New York & Connecticut area. We are looking for a professional Operations Manager to coordinate and oversee our Red Lion Mobility retail operations in these markets. The role primarily implements processes and practices that drive performance, compliance and profitability.

• Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost‑effective manner
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, scheduling, merchandising, deployments, asset management, and facilities
• Conduct store compliance visits and manage new store openings
• Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices
• Formulate strategic and operational objectives
• Mentor team members, ensuring high quality customer service
• Other duties as assigned

• Proven work experience as an Operations Manager or similar role
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong leadership ability
