We now have an opportunity for experienced Senior Consultants to join our growing team based in Madison Avenue, New York.

Senior Consultants are at the heart of our engagements.
We now have a specific vacancy for a Senior Consultant with specialism in change management projects and breadth to work across other capability areas.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading large work streams across client engagements, shaping content and co-creating with the client team
• Applying deep project management and change expertise, building trust with clients
• Building strong client relationships within the engagement, working on-site with clients
• Taking ownership for the development of high-quality deliverables
• Supporting junior team members and managing client resources
• Playing a role in relationship driven business development activities such as client account development, supporting BD meetings, proposition development, supports bids, networks with clients
• Contributing to knowledge sharing and knowledge management, internal capability development and training

You will have gained consulting experience working in a recognised management consultancy business and are most likely already operating at Senior Consultant grade. In addition you will be able to demonstrate:

• Proven ability to deliver high-quality outputs in transformation projects.
• Experience supporting clients across a range of different industry sectors.
• Specific expertise in change management and business & digital transformation.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to independently engage with clients, plan and structure work streams, and drive execution.
• Ability to work with high autonomy, leading work streams and owning the intellectual content within these, shaping content and co-creating with the client team
• Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written and listening).
• Some experience coaching and mentoring project support colleagues including overseeing client resources
• A desire to add value and make a positive impact to our culture
• Genuine passion for Gate One’s mission of driving meaningful change.

Our compensation philosophy aligns with our values and goes back to why we founded Gate One. We believe in pay equity. Our structure was designed to be simple and transparent. This means that people at the same level receive the same base salary and comparable progression opportunities. We also offer a bi-annual bonus: a transparent profit share linked to company performance, plus a personal bonus that allows you to be rewarded for your contributions.

For this role, the base salary is $150,000.
