Role PurposeAs a Menzies Aviation Aircraft Cleaning Duty Manager, you will be directly responsible for overseeing Aircraft Cleaning supervisors on your shift. The Aircraft Cleaning Duty Manager will take accountability for safety, resource management, operation standards, policy implementation, and client relations.
What you will be doing- Shift Leadership & Performance:
Fully accountable for health & safety, operational efficiency, and financial outcomes during assigned shift. - Resource & Compliance Management:
Plan resource allocation across business units and ensure adherence to internal and external operational standards. - Employee Development & Oversight:
Mentor staff, conduct training per company and airline standards, and address performance and conduct issues. - Stakeholder Communication:
Maintain regular liaison with internal teams, external agencies, and customer representatives. - Reporting & Project Support:
Produce routine reports, support business development projects, and complete investigations for senior management. - Other duties as assigned.

- 3–5 years in aviation with proven management experience in airport Aircraft Cleaning and business unit oversight.
- Strong understanding of Aircraft Cleaning operations, maintenance, health & safety management, and broader airport/commercial environments.
- Excellent time management, planning, and problem‑solving abilities; able to stay calm under pressure and work independently.
- Advanced computer skills required for operational and reporting tasks.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Possess and maintain valid US driver’s license.
- Pass all pre‑employment testing including a drug screen, FBI background, US Customs Seal application, and employment history.
- Ability to proficiently read, write and speak English.
- Must be available and flexible to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays.

Education RequiredHigh School or better.
Experience Required3-5 years of aviation industry experience with sound knowledge of ground handling operations and procedures.
Working knowledge of GSE maintenance issues.
Experience and understanding of the commercial issues in aviation.
Experience of Health and Safety management.
