We are conducting a confidential search for a seasoned marketing leader **(Senior Director),
** that will lead our largest global region to deliver $100M+ marketing sourced pipeline, with a 30-40% YOY sourced pipeline growth target going forward.

* Minimum Requirements:

** 10+ years combined marketing experience preferably in demand generation and/or field and partner marketing in a fast-paced, high growth environment.

Tangible regional marketing experience working with field sales, channel and alliances, and cross-functional marketing teams. Proven team leadership experience with more than 8 years of team management cultivating and developing individuals and teams with a desire to make others great.

Ability to drive operational excellence and fiscal responsibility across the team.
