- New Business Instigator - Partner with the new business team to create provocative and thoroughly analytical new business perspectives and thought pieces.
- Mentorship - Actively grow the abilities and skill of the department members through formal training programs, mentorship and hands-on learning. This also includes resourcing for the department in partnership with the Director of Resourcing.
