A distinguished single family office seeks an exceptional Household/Estate Manager to oversee comprehensive domestic operations at their premier Bridgehampton estate.   • Minimum five to seven years of progressive experience in estate management, luxury residential operations, or private family office environments with demonstrated success managing domestic operations and coordinating with household staff teams.
  • Proven expertise in comprehensive estate management, vendor relationship development, and operational coordination with a strong background in supporting the establishment of domestic protocols and maintaining properties to impeccable standards.
  • Demonstrated expertise in team coordination and supporting talent acquisition with proven ability to help build high‑performing household teams through assisting with strategic hiring, comprehensive training programs, and performance management systems in staffing‑constrained environments.
  • Exceptional diplomatic communication skills with the ability to coordinate diverse teams while maintaining harmonious working relationships and fostering a positive, collaborative work environment aligned with family values of human dignity and community care.
  • Working knowledge of contract review and vendor management with experience in domestic service agreements, vendor contracts, and household operational documentation, ensuring all arrangements align with family standards and fiscal responsibility.
  • Solid financial acumen with experience supporting household budgets, expense management, and resource optimization while identifying cost‑saving opportunities that align with the family's conservation values without compromising service excellence.
