The successful candidate will be a strong leader with a proven track record of success leading highly complex organizations, preferably in both acute and post-acute spaces. They must be an effective business strategist, highly collaborative, able to work alongside the CEO, other senior leaders, and the Board to ensure strategic financial stewardship and excellence in operational execution. This person should preferably hold an active CPA, experience as a first or second level executive with leadership responsibilities, as well as a working knowledge of the Medicaid and Medicare systems in the state of New York.
The CFO will report directly to Scott LaRue, Arch Care's President and CEO.
