Compensation: $110,000–$130,000 base salary + bonus

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Head of Office Management to oversee operations across multiple U.S. office locations. This individual will lead our office management function, supervise and develop a growing team, and ensure our workplaces run smoothly, professionally, and efficiently.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong leadership abilities, and brings a proactive, operational mindset to scaling office operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day operations for multiple office locations across the U.S.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage office management staff and administrative support team members.
  • Manage office budgets, expense tracking, and vendor relationships.
  • Drive planning, coordination, and execution of an upcoming office move, including vendor selection, timelines, and logistics.
  • Develop and maintain office policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to support internal events, culture initiatives, and employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure facilities, supplies, and office systems are well-maintained and functioning.
  • Evaluate and implement process improvements to enhance office efficiency and employee experience.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of management experience
    , including team leadership and performance management.
  • Previous experience overseeing multi-office or multi-region operations preferred.
  • Strong project management skills, especially with office relocations or buildouts.
  • Proven budget ownership and expense management experience.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work onsite 5 days per week
