This is a full-time remote role for an Executive Director. The role involves driving strategic decision-making, overseeing the development and operation of financial platforms, and ensuring business success and growth. The Executive Director will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, fostering partnerships with key stakeholders, ensuring regulatory compliance, and steering the organization to achieve its financial and operational goals. Additionally, the role will include implementing business development strategies and monitoring the performance of various platforms.

• Proven expertise in financial services, platform operations, and business development
• Skills in stakeholder engagement, relationship building, and partnership management
• Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management in financial services
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with digital transformation and innovative financial technologies
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in C-level leadership roles is highly beneficial
