Responsibilities
- Leading creative teams on our of our largest clients
- Setting creative vision and inspiring creative growth across all accounts and aspects of creative development.
- Oversee campaign and creative execution, coordination of creative teams and be responsible for collaborating/aligning with clients, account stakeholders, always ensuring coordination across teams
- Working with strategy partners and clients to set the strategic and creative direction for complex integrated campaigns
- Creative management of existing accounts as well as participate and lead new business efforts.
- Provide guidance, feedback, and mentorship to the team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and creativity.
- Highly conceptual thinker with proven leadership experience directing multiple creative teams and managing clients
- Strong client management skills and excellent presenter and communicator
- Can provide clear guidance, direction and mentorship to creative team members and help set the vision for the department
- Ensures integrity and quality of creative output throughout all phases of a given project
- Highly organized with and ability to manage resources and orchestrate teams across multiple projects simultaneously
- Motivate, manage and produce effective results across the creative department, providing senior support to account and strategy leads
- Strategically minded, constantly thinking ahead about the needs of the team, the account, and the client
- Assist CCO and Director of Creative Services in hiring and managing group of direct reports
- Partner with potential and current clients on business goals and creative development
- Ability to inspire confidence in clients by seeing the bigger strategic picture, understanding the clients’ vision, and ability to develop long-standing relationships
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts to expand current assignments and acquire new projects with research and analysis of creative
- 15-20+ years in an agency environment preferred, in client-facing roles with
- Supervisory experience of at least 5 years
- Robust experience with the integrated campaigns, from strategic development
- through creative development and delivery
- Strong focus on craft and
- Production experience across all platforms - film, digital, social, and printed
- Travel may be required

Salary is dependent on experience but ranges from: $275,000– $300,000. All candidates must have the ability to work in the US; we are unable to sponsor any work visas for this role.
