Vice President, Management

LaForce is seeking a Vice President to join our Fashion Division. A dynamic, strategic leader with an exceptional track record in elevating brands within the fashion and retail landscape. The ideal candidate possesses a sophisticated understanding of the industry’s ever-evolving trends, a network of influential relationships, and an instinct for storytelling that resonates with consumers and taste makers alike.

We’re looking for someone who can seamlessly merge business strategy with cultural relevance, crafting bold, market defining ideas and bringing them to life with flawless execution. A deep appreciation for fashion, retail, art, design, and the broader style ecosystem is essential, along with the ability to guide teams, inspire clients, and deliver measurable impact.

Qualifications:

• 10 years of public relations experience, with a strong emphasis on fashion and retail brands
• Proven success leading large client portfolios with minimal oversight
• Strong business acumen, with a history of managing a profitable group
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
