What you will lead?
  • Define and execute the national go-to-market plan
  • Identify new opportunities across key U.S. regions
  • Adapt messaging to evolving federal and state tax regulations
  • Build and coach a high-performing sales team
  • Drive individual and team KPIs with a consultative, value-driven approach
Executive Client Relationships
  • Lead negotiations for high-value accounts
  • Strengthen partnerships with C-Level, tax, and technical stakeholders
  • Ensure CRM excellence and strong data management
  • Report to executive leadership and influence strategic decisions
Expansion & Future Country Leadership
  • Build operational frameworks for future U.S. expansion
  • Collaborate with legal, innovation, marketing, and technical teams
What you bring?
  • 10+ years in B2B Sales
    , ideally consulting or tech
  • Proven success leading national / multistate sales teams
  • Strong consultative selling skills
  • Experience selling complex, compliance-driven services (R&D credits very strongly preferred)
  • MBA is a plus
