Responsibilities- This person will support and enable the CEO in leading Warner Music Group with the utmost effectiveness and efficiency. They will have regular interaction with the CEO, be one of his direct reports, and a member of the Executive Leadership Team.
- Run-the-team: own agenda for and help run recurring leadership meetings (e.g., staff meetings, business unit reviews, offsites, etc.).
- Manage OKR (Objectives & Key Results) process across the entire Company.
- Own agenda and manage preparation of materials for monthly Board of Directors calls and quarterly Board meetings.
- Ensure delivery of regular CEO reporting (e.g., team updates, financials, operational KPIs, project progress).
- Executive support: work with Executive Assistant to manage the CEO’s calendar and maximize the use of his limited time.
- Ensure the CEO’s meetings are effective: preview and provide advance feedback on teams’ work, prepare/pre-seed/pre-align stakeholders, follow up on and close out action items.
- Drive global and cross-functional collaboration: manage the flow of information and connect dots between the CEO and direct reports, among the CEO’s direct reports, and across the rest of the company’s senior executives.
- Ad hoc presentation creation, memo writing, and data analysis.
- 15 years’ experience in strategy & operations, biz ops, transformation, program management, or similar roles.
- Has been a chief of staff or has supported an executive at a high level.
- Highly operational, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Experience leading large, complex, cross-functional projects and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- High emotional intelligence, diplomacy, and ability to read the room.
- Creative problem solver with diligent, dependable execution.
- Strong storytelling and concise communication skills across verbal, written, and slide formats.
- Ability to absorb and synthesize large volumes of information and connect dots.
- Balance of structure and flexibility; autonomous work style; comfort with ambiguity.
- Demands excellence from themselves and those around them; strong work ethic and service mindset.
- Unquestionable moral compass; discreet and mature.
- Position requires being in the NYC office 5 days/week. Local candidates are encouraged to apply.
Desirable: experience in a music or media company; experience in a matrixed, highly cross-functional organization.

Salary Range: 375,000 USD. Salary ranges are included where required by law and depend on factors such as experience and business needs. The pay range is subject to change.
