Construction Project Manager

This privately owned design-build general contractor and construction management firm has specialized in healthcare and imaging construction for more than three decades. Founded in 1991 with just two employees, it has grown to a team of 80+ dedicated construction professionals, delivering projects across New York, Connecticut, New Jersey and Delaware.

With a high percentage of repeat and referral business from major healthcare systems and medical groups in the Tri-State area, the company combines technical know-how with a hands-on, service-driven approach that keeps projects on schedule, on budget, and compliant with stringent healthcare codes and standards.

An opportunity exists for an experienced Project Manager to oversee all phases of construction from preconstruction through closeout. You’ll be responsible for managing schedules, budgets, procurement, and field operations, while maintaining strong communication with clients, architects, and subcontractors. The role suits a driven individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and takes pride in seeing projects from concept to completion.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5–10 years of experience as a Project Manager working across healthcare or commercial interiors.
• Proven record managing projects between $2M – $10M.
• Strong technical understanding of scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project) and project management tools (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.).
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

• Salary range: $140K – $160K + performance bonus (DOE)
