Head of Sales; Construction

Overview

Our client is a leading construction firm specialized in exterior restoration, waterproofing, and roofing across NYC’s most recognizable buildings:
Flatiron Building x Radio City Hall x The Chrysler Building.

The owners are investing in the next chapter of the business and want a true Head/Director of Sales who is excited about building a team, implementing processes, and calling this home for the next 10+ years

• Own and execute the company sales strategy across construction and restoration markets
• Build, hire, and lead a high performing sales team from the ground up
• Drive new business through existing industry relationships and active client network
• Manage and close strategic accounts and large scale opportunities
• Set revenue targets, forecasts, and pipeline expectations
• Partner with leadership and operations to align sales commitments with execution
• Establish sales processes, metrics, and reporting standards
• Represent the company with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders

• 10+ years of sales experience in construction or restoration
• Proven experience building and scaling sales teams
• Strong existing rolodex of clients within construction, restoration, or adjacent sectors
• Track record of consistent revenue growth and deal execution
• Comfortable operating in a founder led environment
