Location: New York
Our Senior Consultants:
- Work on complex business and digital transformation programs with increasing accountability and autonomy, with support and mentoring from our senior team
- Lead work streams or small projects, owning and shaping the intellectual content within key deliverables
- Have experience in core transformation with specific expertise in EITHER change management OR Product/Agile.
- Contribute to the growth and success of the US team expansion as a founding team member
- Develop leadership and coaching capabilities
- Take part in some business development activities & develop entrepreneurial skills
What you'll bring:
- At least 4-6 years of experience consulting, ideally from a top-tier management consulting firm
- Demonstrated experience in delivering EITHER people change OR digital transformation with a focus on product/agile.
- A real interest in developing your leadership capabilities

- Desire to contribute to growing our US business
Our compensation philosophy aligns with our values and goes back to why we founded Gate One. We believe in pay equity. Our structure was designed to be simple and transparent. This means that people at the same level receive the same base salary and comparable progression opportunities. We also offer a bi-annual bonus: a transparent profit share linked to company performance, plus a personal bonus that allows you to be rewarded for your contributions.
For this role, the base salary is $140,000.
