* In partnership with key stakeholders, lead the development and implementation of short and long term strategic programs for the organization
* Deeply understand prioritization and delivery roadmap, helping to identify cross-tower dependencies to proactively manage impediments
* Work to influence matrixed stakeholder teams to move the organization forward in a well-integrated manner
* Lead the effort to drive organizational processes that enable success at scale
* Partner with communications resources to enhance our organizational brand, highlighting the impact of our strategic initiatives
* As new projects arise, work with leadership to determine feasibility, project and implementation plan
* Champion unpopular ideas, even with senior leaders
* Able to get up to speed quickly on key topics and navigate the organization
* Drive organizational change and operational excellence
* Serve as a trusted advisor with stakeholders and leaders across the enterprise
* Regularly use strong business judgment, influencing skills, leadership and integrity
* Inspire an organization of open-exchange and collaboration
* Leverage strong facilitation, negotiation and mediation skills
* Employ both meticulous organizational skills and follow-through
* Work with little direction on complicated, sensitive assignments
* Bachelor’s degree
* At least 9 years of experience in Chief of Staff, Tech Program Management, Product Management, or Project Management.
* 5+ years of experience in strategy development
* 5+ years of experience in budgeting and labor strategy
* 6+ years of experience driving organizational change and operational excellence
* 3+ years of experience partnering with engineering and product teams
