Job Description Summary
This role is responsible for supporting divisional growth by managing the contract review process and ensuring all related administrative functions are completed in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures.
Job Description
- Prepares, reviews, and negotiates client and vendor contracts.
- Recognizes and understands business terms, legal concepts, and areas of risk to efficiently negotiate client and vendor contracts that manage risk to the company.
- Ensures adherence to the company’s contract policies and procedures.
- Manages contract lifecycle process including preparation and execution of contracts, tracking negotiations, tracking client specific requirements, and abstracting fully-executed contracts.
- Provides guidance to business teams and operations regarding areas of risk, contractual language and existing contractual obligations.
- Provides support and assistance to the Client Services Team, key business leaders, and others by fielding questions and requests, gathering information and reports, and assisting in resolving issues related to Company policies, procedures, and business practices.
- Performs other projects as requested to support Greystar’s Client Services team.
