The Account Supervisor is the brand champion, leading strategic input, tactical planning, and delivery for assigned accounts. The role supervises junior staff, builds lasting client relationships, and guarantees high‑quality, profitable agency output.

• Drive agency operations: manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking.
• Maintain client relationships, ensuring clear and timely communication of account activity.
• Provide strategic direction, including vision, research, and competitive analysis.
• Develop and execute tactical plans, supervise production of approved marketing tools, and collaborate on creative briefs.
• Act as the point of authority on therapeutic area, ensuring consistent brand positioning.
• Lead problem resolution, proactively address operational challenges, and promote agency processes.

• 5+ years experience in an integrated agency, preferably in healthcare communications.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s in Marketing preferred.
• Open to travel.
