Cook Unity delivers 50 million chef‑crafted meals a year to homes across the country. Our mission is to empower chefs to nourish the world. As an Operations Manager, you will provide a best‑in‑class experience to our eaters and chefs, managing labor, productivity, quality control and safety for our fulfillment and logistics department.

• P&L Ownership – Manage and optimize financial performance for fulfillment and logistics.
• Labor & Cost Management – Oversee labor planning and cost control strategies.
• Operational Efficiency – Drive process improvements through 5S, Lean or Six Sigma.
• Fulfillment & Logistics Strategy – Ensure on‑time, accurate dispatching and delivery.
• 3PL Oversight – Manage relationships with third‑party logistics partners.
• Data‑Driven Decision Making – Leverage analytics to inform operational strategies.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration – Partner with Customer Experience, Product and Engineering.
• Continuous Improvement – Foster a culture of innovation and accountability.

• 3+ years of leadership experience in order fulfillment, transportation or warehouse operations.
• Effective project management skills with Lean or Continuous Improvement experience.
• Proficiency with Google apps (Gmail, Drive, spreadsheets).
• Experience using large databases and e‑commerce frameworks (Magento, OnFleet).
• Proactive problem anticipation and innovation.
• Proven ability to motivate a high‑performing team.
• Outstanding organizational and communication skills.
• Excitement for a fast‑paced environment with high ambiguity and change.

Pay Range: $70,000 – $80,000 USD
