This is the mindset you'll bring as our new HS/PRS Regional Supervisor.
Schedule & Travel- 20% remote with about 80% traveling and working from the office 1 day a week.
- Full-time, Monday-Friday with flexibility for weekends, overnights if needed to support staff.
- Candidates must be in the New York/New Jersey Region 2 to meet HS/PRS requirements.

How Will You Make an Impact?- Supervise PRS Caseworkers (Level 1 &
2) and Home Study Caseworkers. - Oversee assessments, case reviews, and quality assurance of home studies and service plans.
- Support staff development through training, coaching, and performance feedback.
- Ensure timely, thorough documentation and adherence to program standards.
- Collaborate across departments and with community partners to connect families to critical resources.
- Respond to crisis on short-notice, travel to visit offices and support your team.
- A strategic leader and advocate: actively build trust and engagement, drive impact, and champion community advocacy and cross-cultural communication.
- A child welfare and case management expert: hands‑on experience with home studies, post‑release services, and thorough assessment reports; knowledgeable about family preservation, kinship care, child welfare, and local social services.
- Adaptable and resilient under pressure: thrive in dynamic environments, balance multiple priorities, delegate, manage crises, and maintain composure while guiding the team.
- Ready to travel when needed: comfortable with short‑notice travel, occasional nights or weekends to support your team.
- Must meet one of the following:
- MSW degree or equivalent in behavioral sciences or a social service field and 3 years of progressive experience.
- Bachelor's degree in one of the aforementioned fields, plus 5 years of relevant employment experience.
- Experience conducting home studies and writing thorough assessment reports.
- Bilingual and bicultural:
English and Spanish. - A valid US Driver's License.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Available to travel as necessary.
