Head of Account Management – Americas & EMEA
Global Data & Analytics Business | New York (Hybrid)
Base Salary: $220,000 – $250,000 + bonus
A leading global financial markets data & analytics provider is seeking a senior commercial leader to head up Account Management across the Americas and EMEA.
This is a high-impact, revenue-owning leadership role with responsibility for scaling recurring revenue, strengthening enterprise client relationships, and building a high-performing, multi-region account management organisation.
The Role
You will be responsible for:
- Leading, mentoring, and developing Account Management teams across North America and EMEA
- Owning client retention, expansion, and recurring revenue growth across a global client base
- Defining and executing strategic account plans aligned to long-term commercial objectives
- Partnering with senior leaders across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
- Acting as the senior voice of the client, feeding structured insight into product and service development
- Overseeing complex enterprise contract negotiations alongside Legal and executive stakeholders
- Driving disciplined pipeline management, forecasting, and performance reporting using CRM tools
- Senior leadership experience in account management, commercial leadership, or sales strategy
- Proven success growing recurring revenue within market data, analytics, or financial services
- Strong executive-level stakeholder management and communication skills
- Highly commercial, analytical, and comfortable leading data-driven decision making
- Track record of building, coaching, and scaling high-performing teams
- Experience working with Buy Side, Sell Side, and/or Energy & Commodities clients
- Strong understanding of OTC markets (e.g. Fixed Income, Derivatives, Commodities)
- Experience managing multi-region teams in complex, matrixed environments
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Product and Technology leader
