** As the Director of Strategy & Strategic Initiatives, you will shape and execute strategic priorities across NACG, aligned with the 2031 Long-Term Strategic Plan (LTSP). You will leverage your deep industry expertise, exceptional product management vision, strategy and leadership, and a proven ability to navigate complex organizational structures to deliver measurable outcomes.

You will oversee leaders across multiple divisions, ensuring total oversight of product vision, production, and implementation, and the integration of insights, innovation, and execution across these functions. You will lead high-impact initiatives from concept through implementation, influence senior executives, and embed new capabilities into BAU  this role, you will have responsibility for:
* Strategic Leadership & Vision  + Defining and communicating the strategic roadmap for NACG initiatives, ensuring alignment with LTSP and enterprise priorities.  + Maintaining a deep understanding of NACG’s strategic plan and external market dynamics to identify and inform potential strategic initiatives that advance CG’s positioning and impact.  + Overseeing senior leaders and managers across multiple functions, fostering collaboration and accountability.  

+ Serving as a key advisor to NACG and Head of Global Digital and NACG executives, shaping enterprise-level decisions.
* Strategic Initiative Development & Execution  + Leading the identification, development, and execution of strategic initiatives that extend beyond current practices by leveraging market insights, cross-functional coordination, and deep familiarity with NACG’s strategic priorities.  + Conducting research, forming cross-functional working groups, coordinating stakeholder involvement, and delivering actionable recommendations and business plans that challenge current practices.  + Driving innovation by identifying emerging trends, market opportunities, and disruptive ideas that advance NACG’s competitive position.
* Enterprise Initiative Ownership  + Leading the design, development, and execution of enterprise-wide initiatives, including governance, resource allocation, and risk management.  + Establishing and managing KPIs, success metrics, and reporting frameworks to monitor progress and ensure measurable outcomes.
