Judge Direct Placement is seeking a Meat/Fish Supervisor in Queens, NY area!
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily meat/fish department operations ensuring quality, safety and cleanliness standards
- Train, schedule and manage a team of meat cutters
- Make weekly meat ads for circular and pricing all meat & fish
- Ensure all meat products are properly prepared, packaged and displayed properly
- Monitor inventory levels
- Ensure all equipment is in good working order and all sanitation & safety guidelines are met
Requirements:
- Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
- 5+ years experience in meat department
- Proficient in meat cutting test
- Strong organizational skills & attention to detail
- Must be able to work flexible hours including nights & weekends
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
