The Accounts Receivable Project Manager will lead strategic initiatives to execute Beacon Mobility’s AR business plan. This role focuses on improving processes, implementing technology solutions, and driving operational efficiency across multiple entities. The Project Manager will collaborate with finance leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects aligned with organizational goals.
** Role Summary
** The Accounts Receivable Project Manager will lead strategic initiatives to execute Beacon Mobility’s AR business plan. This role focuses on improving processes, implementing technology solutions, and driving operational efficiency across multiple entities. The Project Manager will collaborate with finance leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects aligned with organizational goals.
** Key Responsibilities**
* · Business Plan Execution
* o Translate AR business plan objectives into actionable projects and timelines.o Monitor progress and ensure alignment with corporate financial strategies.o Integrate newly acquired entities into AR process.
* · Project Management
* o Develop and maintain project plans and resource allocations.o Manage scope, timelines, and deliverables for AR improvement initiatives.
* · Process Optimization
* o Identify inefficiencies in billing, collections, and cash application processes.o Implement best practices and automation tools to enhance AR performance.o Ensure SOP’s are up-to-date.
* · Stakeholder Collaboration
* o Partner with AR Director, Finance VPs, and Operations leaders to ensure project success.o Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
* · Reporting & Analysis
* o Track KPIs such as DSO, aging trends, and collection effectiveness.o Prepare project status reports for senior leadership.
** Qualifications*
* · 5+ years of experience in AR or finance operations with project management exposure.
· Strong knowledge of AR systems (Net Suite experience preferred).
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (Net Suite preferred).
· Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
· Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
· Experienced in AI.
** Compensation**· $75,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
