Location: New York
A leading NYC architectural and engineering firm seeks a Senior Project Manager to oversee façade restoration and compliance projects. Ideal for experienced professionals passionate about NYC’s building landscape.
Responsibilities- Manage 6-8 façade and restoration projects, including Local Law 11 compliance
- Conduct on-site inspections and scaffold evaluations to ensure compliance
- Oversee junior staff and work closely with senior management
- 5+ years in project management within architecture/engineering
- Hands‑on FISP experience; PE or QPSI certification a plus
- Familiar with NYC façade laws and regulations
