Location: New York

The NFL Club Business Development team is seeking an experienced ticket operations professional to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of all Ticketmaster platforms (with a specific expertise in Archtics) and has a keen interest in advancements of ticketing technology. This role requires a strong background in mobile ticketing.

Responsibilities
  • Lead manifest creation, on-sales and ticket distribution for all domestic-team led International Games
  • Process and reconcile all Ticketing related contracts and expenses related to event execution and League owned inventory
  • Ability to build, motivate and lead temporary staff at multiple event sites
  • Support the growth, innovation and advancements across our ticketing programs for the League’s major tentpole and ancillary events including Super Bowl, NFL Draft, Pro Bowl Games, NFL Kickoff and International Games
  • Support the design and implementation of performance reporting & data analytics by collaborating with our Event Strategy, Club Business Development, and IT teams
  • Ensure management of the league owned season ticket inventory including authentication, fulfillment, distribution, and financial reconciliation
  • Advance our current inventory management and fulfillment processes for the league owned inventory
  • Design, manage and deliver our temporary box office operations for Super Bowl Experience and Super Bowl’s Opening Night
  • Manage and deliver the league office ticketing programs and initiatives across all major tentpole events, year-round
  • Manage and train temporary staff during the preparation and delivery of our major events
  • Day-to-day management of the Archtics systems for event build(s), delivery, and reconciliation
  • Work with Ticketmaster for national event on-sales (coordinate manifest creation, pricing, pre-sale implementation and financial reconciliation)
  • Support the development of a 1:1 communication experience for our fans, credentialed staff, and volunteers for each of our tentpole and ancillary events
  • Event space manifesting, ancillary event ticketing program design and delivery
  • Support the redesign of our event-day operations in support of access control programs and deliverables
  • Work with Event Strategy and Fan Experiences to participate in the design, delivery, and usage of a consolidated universal League event app
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in high volume/event ticketing, fan experiences and credential programs
  • Hands-on experience and full working knowledge of Archtics ticketing system
  • Extensive experience with Ticketmaster suite of ticket-related platforms, including Account Manager (client tools & CMS), TM1 (Entry, Reports, Engagement), Presence SDK, and Price master
  • Experience in large scale domestic and/or international events.
  • Established professional with an extensive network of industry professionals
  • A collaborative teammate with a desire to innovate and challenge current norms
  • Clear & concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective in providing exceptional customer service
  • Must be able to travel domestically and internationally
  • Works well under extreme pressure
  • Proficient in social media platforms
Salary / Pay Range

The NFL expects to hire for this position near the middle of the range. Only in truly rare and exceptional circumstances, where an external candidate has experience, credentials or expertise that far exceed those required or expected for the position, would the NFL consider paying a salary or rate near the higher end of the range.
