As a Product Portfolio Operations Director in AI/ML Solutions Product Portfolio, you will collaborate closely with product teams, finance, risk, compliance, and analytics to ensure the portfolio delivers maximum business value while maintaining security, resiliency, and data integrity. Your focus will include managing product offerings, portfolio boundaries, deployment scopes, and lifecycle controls to support scalable and sustainable growth.

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Executive Director to lead Product Operations for the AI/ML Solutions Product Portfolio. This role is critical to ensuring the portfolio is managed with operational excellence, strategic alignment, and robust governance. You will oversee the end-to-end operational management of the product portfolio, driving standardization, efficiency, and compliance across all product areas.

• Works across products and product lines to help ensure delivery against business objectives
• Executes the strategy for reporting and communications to support our portfolio management operations(service)
• Oversees and coaches a team to best implement the strategy for adapting and executing the full product-line framework and ensures our core cross-product priorities, sequencing, and trade-offs are realized
• Implements portfolio-level tracking of controls, financials, resourcing needs, and key prioritization decisions
• Drives operational excellence across all product areas, ensuring consistent, standardized, and efficient execution of processes and practices.
• Leads the implementation and oversight of Fin Ops strategies within each product area to optimize financial management and cost efficiency.
• Establish and maintain a comprehensive product analytics 제거 framework, ensuring each product area defines KPIs and delivers timelyווע, accurate measurement and reporting.
• Ensures robust internal controls and data integrity measures are embedded as standard practice across the portfolio to mitigate risk and maintain compliance.

• Collaborates with cross‑functional teams to align product lifecycle management, risk controls, and operational processes with business goals and regulatory requirements.
• Continuously assesses and improves portfolio organization, operational workflows, and governance frameworks to enhance efficiency, security, and resiliency.

• 8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in program management or performance optimization
• Proven ability to manage and implement operational effectiveness and portfolio management initiatives
- Proving ability to operate within the product development life cycle and agile methodologies
• Strong expertise in Fin Ops principles andোর financial management within product portfolios
• Experience developing and managing product analytics frameworks with clear KPIs and reporting mechanisms
• Deep understanding of governance, risk management, , and data integrity best practices
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams and stakeholders
