Location:
New York, NY 10022 - Working style: Hybrid (2 days in office)
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Salary: USD 120,000 – 200,000 / year (DOE)
- Working Hours: 9:00-5:30PM
- Language: English (Japanese is a plus)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute large-scale Digital Transformation (DX) / IT consulting projects
- Oversee project & program management (resource planning, milestones, issue resolution)
- Manage financial performance, budget planning, bekend KPI tracking
- Develop and manage high‑performing consulting teams
- Collaborate closely with Directors / Senior Directors / Executive leadership
- Drive business development and maintain senior‑level client relationships
- Improve delivery processes for efficiency, scalability, and quality
- Coordinate with vendors and external partners
- Identify and leverage emerging technologies (AI, data analytics, new platforms)
- Support recruiting, training, and long‑term organizational capability building
- Strong leadership skills, business acumen, and ability to build and manage teams.
- Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, test, deployment, data migration.
- Strong analytical abilities, excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to work.
- Proven ability to manage transformation projects or programs.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive超碰在线-level decisions.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree required (IT, Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics preferred)
- 12+ years of experience in business or technology consulting
- Experience leading cross‑functional and international teams
- Knowledge of SDLC (requirements, design, testing, deployment, migration)
- Experience in:
- Technology strategy
- Operating models & governance
- Project / program management
- Client growth & business development (preferred)
- Experience engaging with C‑suite clients (preferred)
- English fluency required myn
