Salary:: $170-$180k + Benefits

Overview:The Senior Director of Logistics will manage logistics network encompassing wholesale, retail, and e-commerce distribution. This role focuses on optimizing last‑mile delivery, routing, inbound logistics, compliance, cost control, and operational excellence. By leveraging data‑driven decision‑making and fostering innovation, this leader will enhance logistics operations and work collaboratively across departments to achieve strategic business objectives.
Responsibilities:Routing & Network Optimization:
- Lead global routing teams across six logistics centers.
- Develop and execute growth strategies, including capacity planning.
- Optimize network design to reduce costs and elevate delivery speed and scalability in both domestic and international markets.
- Integrate technology solutions for enhanced operational visibility.
- Develop an existing team to manage transportation operations planning.
- Work with cross‑functional teams to align transportation plans with business demands.
- Drive the adoption of AI and transportation management systems (TMS) in planning processes.
- Lead the Logistics Business Intelligence team to provide operational insights for both domestic and international operations.
- Establish and monitor KPIs for service quality and cost efficiency across all distribution centers.
- Implement improvements and ensure alignment with wholesale and DTC objectives for both domestic and international sales teams.
- Drive capacity planning and labor initiatives
- Develop Inbound Logistics to manage supplier networks effectively.
- Enforce cost‑control measures and optimize freight management processes.
- Benchmark inbound logistics performance against industry standards.
- Oversee logistics budget management, aligning with corporate financial goals.
- Drive initiatives that yield destino operational efficiencies while maintaining service standards.
- Mentor and lead a high‑performing logistics team, encouraging professional growth.
- Align team goals with overall organizational objectives to enhance performance and accountability.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics сих related field.
- 10+ years in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role at a $500M+ organization.
- Proficient in TMS, routing software, and logistics analytics tools.
- Strong budget management experience with a focus on cost savings.
- In-depth knowledge of logistics compliance and risk management.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to adapt in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
