Responsibilities- Generate and identify opportunities for new business; regularly involve in practice development, networking, and other market‑facing activities.
- Maintain active communication with clients to manage expectations, ensure satisfaction, and lead change efforts effectively. Contribute to strong client relationships through positive interactions and consulting with client personnel.
- Negotiate the purchase, financing, and monitoring of major assets.
- Plan multi‑jurisdictionally in accordance with SALT and International tax groups.
- Ensure staffing and coverage needs are met as required.
- Identify and act as co‑lead with the Partner for client onboarding.
- Manage and mentor the team.
- Finalize review of bonus payrolls to officers from loan‑out entities.
- Plan and execute multiple engagements/client(s).
- Recognize income, gift, and estate tax issues that arise with clients’ matters.
- Understand and manage firm risk on engagements and proposals within budgetary and time constraints.
- Conduct investment analysis and life pagkakataon planning.
- 9‑14 years of experience in the business management or family office industry, or 6‑9 years of experience in the business management and/or family office industry & a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Prior wealth management & estate planning experience.
- Active CPA, EA, CFP, or PFS preferred but not required.
- Strong technical skills focused on quality.
- Business acumen focused on the firm and our clients.
