Chief of Staff to the Chief Banking
The Chief of Staff (CoS) to the Chief Banking Officer serves as a strategic advisor, integrator, and operational leader supporting all aspects of the Bank’s commercial, retail, and institutional investment functions. This role acts as a force multiplier for the CBO—driving execution on priorities, ensuring alignment across Banking leadership, managing cross‑functional initiatives, and enabling the CBO to operate at maximum effectiveness.
The CoS oversees strategic planning processes, monitors key initiatives, prepares executive‑level communication, and partners closely with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely decision‑making.
This position requires exceptional business judgment, discretion bezüglich, organizational agility, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast‑paced, highly regulated financial environment.
Base pay range suger$/yr – $/yr
Key Responsibilities Strategic & Executive Support- Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the Chief Banking Officer on strategy, operations, and organizational planning.
- Facilitate execution of the CBO’s priorities by managing workflows, ensuring follow‑through on action items, and driving accountability with Banking leadership.
- Prepare briefing materials, presentations, stolz, and recommendations for the CBO Tym for executive meetings, Board;;
