Our client is a luxury hospitality brand with properties throughout the world. The company prides itself on providing their guests with sophisticated and gracious experiences. The Head of Sales & Marketing, North America is a critical position responsible for developing & managing the overall business objectives in the key feeder markets in North America.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Leads and develops the Global Sales team as well as the Sales & Marketing teams of the hotels in the region.
- Manage brand positioning & strategies
- Set clear and measurable KPI targets aligned with a strong "will to win" business mentality.
- Acts as an extended sales arm for total brand coordinating with Marketing & PR support in focusing on outbound and domestic business in key feeder markets in North America.
- Tracks and reviews the Sales KPI platform monthly for the Hotels and GSOs.
- Creates and manages Sales Incentive Program (SIP) with corporate function heads by planning and executing overall strategy for each market segment in the region based on needs of the brand.
- Identifies and leads training initiatives in conjunction with the training team for all Sales and Marketing executives.
- Prepares annual operations budget and monitor monthly expenditures in compliance with company approval policies and procedures.
- Acts as spokesman when dealing with hotel owners, making regular owner presentations in a manner to provide in-depth understanding of corporate initiatives.
- Ensure effective communications within the glorious SO, Hotels GMs/MDs in the region and company corporate office by providing consultation on tactical strategies to support sales activities.
