The Role
As Project Manager, you will take ownership of commercial electrical projects from concept to completion, working closely with field teams, clients, and leadership to ensure everything runs smoothly.
You will be responsible for:
- Driving a culture of safety and excellence on every project
- Leading client engagement from the initial scope discussion through delivery
- Preparing detailed project estimates and reviewing all plans and specifications
- Setting clear project goals, policies, and quality standards
- Managing documentation, schedules, and budgets to keep projects on track
- Overseeing on-site activities with field supervisors and operations leadership
- Managing financials including cost forecasting, progress billing, and change orders
- Representing the company with clients, design teams, contractors, and suppliers
- Utilizing modern project management tools to maintain full visibility and control
What You’ll Bring
We are looking for a proactive, technically minded professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can lead teams with confidence.
You will ideally have:
- 5–10 years of electrical project management experience
- A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar (or Journeyman Electrician license with PM experience)
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, prefabrication, and construction technology
- Proven success managing multiple projects and teams concurrently
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Proficiency in tools such as Procore, ACC Build, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
- Financial acumen, comfortable forecasting costs, managing budgets, and protecting margins
- Familiarity with estimating and project management software (Accubid preferred)
