What does a Mitigation Project Manager with Paul Davis do?
- Serve your community when it needs it the most.
- Communicate with customers and adjusters about project scopes and expectations.
- Scope, estimate, and manage restoration projects from start to finish.
- Build relationships with insurance professionals and customers.
- Oversee Technicians and subcontractors to ensure successful project completion.
Mitigation Project Managers are frontline responders to property disasters, helping clients restore their homes or businesses. You’ll combine fieldwork and office work to manage budgets, set expectations, and deliver excellent service.

Qualifications:
- High character, integrity, and self-motivation.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Willingness to help people in distress and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail, project management skills, and ability to manage budgets.
- Tech-savvy and eager to learn new systems.
- Clean driving record and reliable car (car allowance and gas reimbursements provided).
- Prior experience in restoration, construction management, or insurance adjusting preferred. Certifications (IICRC, Lead, Mold, etc.) are a plus, but training is available for qualified candidates.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Structured training and ongoing professional development opportunities.
- Highly competitive compensation with base salary plus uncapped commissions. Yearly earnings range from $50K to $200K, depending on production.

Physical Requirements: This role involves indoor and outdoor work and may require wearing personal protective equipment.
