Program Manager

Location: New York

Our client, a non-profit organization, is seeking a Program Manager to join their wonderful team! This position is hybrid with 3 days at their beautiful Manhattan office!
Job Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and evaluate Program Directors on their alignment with the company mission and values

• Full cycle recruitment

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to make sure program is in alignment with operational procedures

• Build relationships and work with key stakeholders

• Develop systems to help manage day-to-day operations (attendance, reporting, evaluation, etc.)

• Work with Program Directors to set goals and track budgets

• Obtain or renew SACC licenses and ensure compliance with requirements

• Track Training hours and maintain detailed training logs for all staff

• Conduct site visite to oversee implementation and maintenance of programs

• Perform other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Education, Social Work, Child Development or related field

• 2+ years of supervisory experience

• NYS OCFS School Age Child Care Director credentials preferred

• Working knowledge of public education and after school systems

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Competency in data analysis

• Organizational and project management skills

• Ability to lead and manage a diverse team

• Detail oriented with strong problem-solving skills

• Ability to travel to different program locations

• Demonstrated commitment to DEI

Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 based on experience
