We are seeking a talented and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee the construction of a ground‑up MRI facility. Client is OGS. The LiRo Group, a 1100‑person firm headquartered in the Northeast, is known for integrated construction, design and technology solutions.
Responsibilities- Serve as Point of Contact to Client and Consultants
- Lead the project team as the client’s on‑site representative for all project matters
- Provide regular evaluation of project schedule and budget, identifying deviations and offering solutions
- Provide QA/QC oversight for internal project team
- Support project team with technical evaluations, advice, and guidance
- Manage integration of the new MRI facility with existing hospital structure at the Rockland County Psychiatric Center
- Minimum 10 years of successful construction project management experience in ground‑up construction
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline
- Strong leadership ability to motivate internal and project teams
- Excellent communication skills at all project levels—from tradespeople to facility executives
- Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on budget and schedule
- Proficiency in Excel and scheduling technology
- Competitive total compensation package with salary range $120,000–$150,000 per year

Compensation details:
Minimum $120,000;
Maximum $150,000. Salary determined by qualifications and location.
